Clear Jet Aviation, LLC is not a direct air carrier and neither operates aircraft nor provides transportation.  Clear Jet Aviation, LLC serves as an agent for its clients in securing charter transportation, and all transportation is provided by certificated air carriers that are licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration and registered with the Department of Transportation or with an equivalent foreign agency with jurisdiction over a foregn-certificated air carrier.
